What You'll Do.
Manage multiple simultaneous requests
Process services requests
Triage services requests
Keep Kantata up-to-date
Maintain accurate database information
Establish project scope-of-work
Establish RACI matrices
Maintain updated metrics
Coordinate RFP submissions
Process RFP responses
Generate Statements of Work
Obtain legal approvals
Ensure necessary approvals obtained
Maintain accurate forecast data
Negotiate with department heads
Assign personnel to opportunities
Conduct project handoff meetings
Conduct project kickoff meetings
Establish timely written communications
Provide regular status updates
Maintain internal PS tools
Maintain internal PS templates
