Job Description: We are a dynamic and innovative company seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Associate to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in technical support and project management through our 6-month AvePoint Technical Enrichment Program (ATEP). As a Technical Associate, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our project management team. This program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the various aspects of our operations while also giving you the opportunity to contribute to our ongoing projects. Responsibilities: Support and participate in the planning, execution, and finalization of projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, focusing on learning the core aspects of project management. Assist in the development and implementation of product support strategies. Assist in coordinating and managing project tasks and deliverables under the guidance of senior project managers. Utilizing your knowledge of our software to deliver effective resolutions and answers to customer issues and inquiries under supervision. Participate in team meetings and provide input on possible improvements to products and processes. Offers insights and suggestions that contribute to the team’s objectives, under the mentorship of more experienced colleagues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project progression. Assist in the preparation of project proposals, timeframes, schedule, and budget. Monitor and track project performance and report any issues to the project manager. Provide administrative support and other tasks as needed.
