What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, Basic understanding of phone refurbishment processes, Basic understanding of device configuration, Attention to detail, Ability to accurately inspect and grade devices, Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Basic proficiency in Google Workspace, Basic proficiency in operating systems, Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, Awareness of warehouse safety standards, Awareness of operational compliance requirements, Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and operational processes
Nice to Have
Previous experience in phone refurbishing, Previous experience in warehouse operations, Previous experience in technical support, Familiarity with smartphone operating systems, including Android and iOS, Experience using inventory management or operational tracking systems
