The role ensures returned devices are properly refurbished, graded, cleaned, and processed in line with company quality and operational standards before being released back into the market. The position requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality procedures, and the ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced warehouse and technical operations environment. Warehouse Inventory & Stock Management - Support warehouse stock-taking activities and maintain accurate inventory records for returned and refurbished devices. - Organise devices and inventory to ensure efficient storage, tracking, and retrieval processes. - Assist in monitoring stock levels and reporting inventory discrepancies where identified. - Ensure proper documentation and tracking of devices throughout the refurbishment lifecycle. 2.
