What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience managing or operating solar assets, Experience managing O&M contracts across multiple European countries, including vendor oversight and compliance monitoring, Experience resolving complex operational issues through coordination with internal and external stakeholders, Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel, Python, or energy monitoring software, Experience managing multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail and deadlines, Experience working with DAS/SCADA systems and maintenance management platforms, Experience applying health and safety practices within operational renewable energy environments, Understanding of business systems such as billing, accounting, procurement, or document management, Ability to travel up to 15%
Nice to Have
Experience managing or operating battery energy storage systems (BESS) or other renewable energy assets, Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar field, or equivalent experience, Field experience supporting renewable energy asset operations, Demonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed. Exercises sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcome
