What They're Looking For.
Must Have
University Bachelor’s degree or similar (preferably in communications, computer science, software engineering or a similar field), 2+ years working in a Pre Sales technical role, including tender answering, English plus one of the Scandinavian languages (Danish, Swedish or Norwegian) is mandatory, Ability to initiate and build solid working relationships, Ability to be self-motivated, Ability to be results-oriented, Ability to operate with minimal supervision
Nice to Have
Motorola Solutions product portfolio experience and/or relevant experience in key competitor offerings is highly desirable, Complex systems integration often requiring significant 3rd party content, MANET (Mobile Ad Hoc Networks), C-UAS (Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems), RF spectrum analysis, e.g. CRFS, HF Radio communications, Broadband communications (3GPP: 2G/3G/4G/5G), Fixed and mobile video solutions, Land Mobile Radio technologies (TETRA, APCO P25, DMR), IP communications and MW links

Design technology and service-based solutions
Present solution designs to customers
Build relationships with stakeholders
Conduct demonstrations of products
Support procurement organization
Lead technical sales activities
Work closely with bid team

Communication Scope
