The objective of the Technical Architect is to work with customers and delivery teams to create technology solutions that meet the customer's objectives while supporting the company's goal of growing the business through profitable, well-structured engagements across the required technology domains. Typically involved in the post-sales stage of a customer engagement, the Technical Architect is responsible for conceptualising and designing the overall solution to a detailed level, and where necessary for delivering and supporting major elements of that solution on customer site.
