## Accountabilities Lead the technical architecture design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management solutions across complex enterprise environments. Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, including user stories, architecture blueprints, and system integration specifications. Oversee and guide development of customizations, enhancements, workflows, and data migration strategies using X++, Azure, and related tools. Design and implement integration frameworks across ERP, Power Platform, Dataverse, APIs, and external enterprise systems. Lead technical workstreams including security, application configuration, data management, reporting, and performance optimization. Facilitate client design sessions and ensure alignment between business processes and technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues across Dynamics 365 and legacy AX environments. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development and project team members. Support pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and client presentations. Build trusted advisory relationships with client stakeholders and executive leadership. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 6–10 years of experience in Microsoft ecosystem consulting, including multiple full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics 365 F&SCM or AX. Proven experience as a lead technical architect on at least 1–2 end-to-end D365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations. Strong expertise in X++ development, Azure services, LCS, DevOps, and Power Platform tools. Experience with data architecture and integration tools such as Dataverse, Data Lake, Synapse, SQL, and Data Factory. Deep understanding of ERP architecture, including security models, workflows, and lifecycle management. Strong consulting and communication skills with ability to engage executive st
