What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Demonstrable experience of technical design & technical delivery of Software-As-A-Service platforms, Hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience for a major software domain (e. g. CRM, ERP, HR) as well as coding experience in object oriented languages, Deep knowledge in APIs, SQL/SOQL, Data Distribution, Data Modelling, and Data integration concepts, Experience in executing data strategies, landscape architecture assessments and technical proof-of-concepts, Familiarity with SDLC methodologies including requirements, design, implementation, testing and maintenance, Executive level oral and written communication skills including technical documentation. The ability to conceptualise and communicate complex architectural concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, Ability to scope, define and manage work packages. Support pre-sale qualification with solutions validation, Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e. g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc. )

Nice to Have

Experience in Salesforce Spiff, Xactly, SAP/CallidusCloud, Varicent or any enterprise - Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) tool, Proven ability to gather and analyze ICM and Revenue Recognition requirements, designing flexible, scalable solutions, analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to work independently as a self-starter
