8+ years in IT, 5+ years specifically in the Retail/Consumer/ Manufacturing Goods domain, Proven track record of delivering at least 2–3 large-scale, complex engagements for global RCG brands, Deep understanding of RCG-specific flows: Route-to-market, Retail Execution, Trade Promotion Management (TPM), Scheme Management and B2B2C Commerce, Extensive experience with Apex, LWC, Integrations (REST/SOAP/Middleware), Salesforce Shield, knowledge of TOGAF or similar expertise in designing for high-volume data and complex security models, Application/System Architect certifications, at least 6 domain badges, Exceptional ability to manage expectations and influence decision-making among diverse stakeholder groups, Willing to explore non-traditional Salesforce solutions or external integrations to find the right fit for the business
