Every day, more than 10 million tests are run on Abbott’s diagnostics instruments, providing lab results for millions of people. **Major Responsibilities:** * Provide accurate and timely technical information, advice, and assistance regarding the organization's products and services before, during, and after a transaction to maintain and improve the organization's customer relationships. * Deliver customer operator training in Abbott facilities or on-site * Perform new instrument and assay implementations through to Test-of–Record * Provide on-site assay investigation and troubleshooting related to instruments, software reagents and experimental designed * Provide operator training and coaching on assay and instrument (hardware and software) * Prepare technical documents and reports for implementation, training, and investigations * Connect and integrate available or customize technologies to cater customers’ needs, take lead in technical discussions, analyze their needs, and propose relevant product and solution offerings * Host user meetings, workshops, seminars to update products information on instrumentation and support * Track assay issues and escalation cases for reporting and work closely with global teams to maintain records and solve issues * Use databases or other computerized systems to maintain up-to-date customer records, to track the volume, content and outcomes of enquiries received, and to access information, checklists, scripts, guidelines, and other materials for responding to the customer’s enquiry. * Work closely with other TAS and Service team to seek feedback and scope out potential lot issues *
