THE POSITION As a Technical Application Scientist (TAS) you will be a central influence in delivering a world-class customer experience with a focus on technical troubleshooting and general platform inquiries. As a key member of the Application Support Team, you will assist in the development and continuous improvement of commercial processes and strive to ensure customer success. In this role you will work cross-functionally with several internal teams, including the Field Application Scientists (FAS), Bioinformatics Application Scientists (BAS), Research & Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure customer outreach is conducted in a cohesive and expeditious manner.
