About The Role As our Technical AI Delivery Manager, you’ll oversee N2’s expanding suite of artificial intelligence initiatives. Your responsibilities include identifying and leading a talented group of freelance experts while maintaining the operational excellence of our production-ready AI systems. Our lean AI unit operates with speed and agility, and you’ll be the catalyst for our continued success. While this technical position does not require writing production-grade code, you must possess the ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical logic with precision. This role reports to our Director of AI & Growth Strategy and offers a fully remote environment with core working hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm ET. Interviews will be conducted via phone and video calls for your convenience. The salary is $80,000 annually with opportunities for growth and advancement. The Role in Action Build and manage a network of freelance AI specialists, identifying top talent and maintaining a strong bench of trusted contributors. Lead multiple AI projects from kickoff to launch, ensuring smooth execution, clear communication, and on-time delivery.
