Full Job Description
ASSYST is seeking an experienced Technical Advisor – Enterprise Architecture or Equivalent professional experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis where applicable. Required Experience: Minimum of 7 years of IT experience within one or more technical specialty areas. Experience supporting large-scale, multi-vendor, outsourced, or enterprise technology environments. Strong understanding of: Enterprise architecture principles and standards Information systems architecture Networking concepts and infrastructure Data, application and infrastructure architecture domains Experience supporting enterprise modernization and transformation initiatives. Experience working with enterprise data environments, including: IBM DB2 Microsoft SQL Server Experience participating in software modernization and technology transformation projects. Experience working in complex, multi-vendor technical delivery environments. Preferred Skills: Experience modernizing and migrating legacy mainframe applications. Experience designing cloud migration strategies and target-state architectures, preferably using: Microsoft Azure Amazon Web Services (AWS) Experience with application containerization technologies. Experience designing and building application integrations using APIs (Application Programming Interfaces). Strong stakeholder management, communication and technical leadership skills.
