Your impact: To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a strong knowledge of GAAP accounting, be highly analytical, detailed oriented, and be able to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll play a hands-on leadership role in supporting the consolidation and close process and supporting technical accounting initiatives, including purchase accounting. You’ll identify and propose process improvements and ensure accurate financial deliverables are completed within expected deadlines. M&A Related Lead technical accounting analysis in support of purchase accounting on M&A, including preparation of technical accounting memos and recording of JEs. Assist with the alignment of accounting policies and practices during the M&A process and subsequent integration. Support the transition of acquired company accounting to the respective BEP team, including the mapping of financials into BEP’s chart of accounts and transition to NetSuite. Collaborate with the M&A team on structuring earnout and other contingent consideration calculations and with FP&A on the measurement and reporting of subsequent achievement, including supporting analysis, journal entries and reconciliations.
