What You'll Do.
Provide significant contribution to the technical accounting function
Analyze new accounting and disclosure requirements
Provide communication
training and support for the company’s adoption of new accounting standards
Ensure necessary updates are made to company policies
Interpret U. S. GAAP accounting standards and SEC guidance to determine the accounting and financial reporting treatment for new
unusual transactions or agreements
Document conclusions in accounting position memorandum
Support the review process with management and external auditors
Communicate and drive adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and accounting polices
Preparation of materials of technical content to share with the Executive Leadership
Lead process improvement and policy development initiatives for relevant areas
Support ad hoc reporting requests from various
Participate in broader SEC reporting or corporate reporting initiatives
