Bachelor's degree or 2+ years technical experience, 2+ years technical engineering experience, Experience in IT operations, Active TS/SCI US Government Security Clearance

Experience in customer-facing role as technical lead, Experience in distributed systems development, Experience in 24x7 operational services, Experience with AWS services or cloud offerings, 5+ years executive/senior audience communication, Experience diagnosing problems and recommending solutions
