What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 years of experience, 2–3 years of experience in adtech, martech, data operations, or technical account management, understanding of programmatic ecosystems, including DSPs, SSPs, and data activation workflows, Familiarity with data types such as HEM, MAID, and CTV IDs, Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively, communication skills to interact with both technical teams and clients, High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure, Experience working with data platforms and integration processes, Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, Proactive mindset with a focus on client success and continuous improvement
Nice to Have
Experience with platforms like The Trade Desk, DV360, Lotame, or LiveRamp is a plus
What You'll Do.
Manage end-to-end client onboarding
ensuring smooth setup and integration of data solutions
Support integrations across DSPs
and other data platforms
Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and partners
Troubleshoot issues related to data mapping
Monitor data pipelines and ensure timely and accurate data delivery
Validate segment accuracy
and ID mapping consistency
Collaborate with internal tech and data engineering teams to resolve technical issues
Ensure SLAs are met and maintain high standards of service delivery
Maintain documentation for data schemas
Build relationships with clients and provide regular performance updates
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with sales teams
Translate client requirements into clear technical tasks and execution plans
