Technical Account Manager Location: This position is open to candidates based in the United States, with a preference for those located in the Eastern time zone. As a Technical Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert ensuring campaigns not only launch smoothly but perform flawlessly. You’ll own the technical relationship with a dedicated book of business — digging into data, troubleshooting discrepancies, and making sure every tag, pixel, and placement is doing its job. Whether it's diagnosing delivery issues or optimizing performance across publishers, you’ll bring clarity to complexity and confidence to every client touchpoint. You Will: Serve as the main technical point of contact for a dedicated book of RTB House business. Investigate and troubleshoot campaign performance issues including complex discrepancies, frequency analysis, publisher and host performance, tag drop offs and other important campaign issues. Monitor pacing and delivery to ensure campaigns are on track to deliver both budget and client goals. Work closely with clients to ensure that RTB House tracking codes are functioning across the websites and troubleshooting when necessary.
