In this role you will: * Build and manage close relationships with allocated B2B clients and internal stakeholders; * Develop solutions and influence the strategic direction of clients * Plan and lead processes between clients/internal stakeholders and in-house developers to meet, organize and simplify requirements; closely with internal teams to make sure all deadlines and client criteria are met; * Working hours: 9:00-18:00. Please note that the position serves the EMEA market and therefore follows the EMEA working hours. ## Qualifications * Fluent English (C1 level) * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas (e.g., XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP), PivotTables, data validation, conditional formatting, etc. * Experience in managing customer relationships and software release * Experience in Project/Account management * Flexibility and ability to work with minimum supervision * Strong interpersonal skills * Clear, concise written and verbal communication * Ability to explain complex ideas to non-technical people * Active listening, not just waiting to
