What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years’ experience in providing customer facing support to Enterprise Accounts, communication and interpersonal skills, Excellent written abilities and organizational skills, Experience working with a range of customers, from individual contributors to C-levels, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bachelor's degree in computer science/Information technology or equivalent, Ability to work in a fast-paced startup SaaS environment, desire to teach new customers about the platform
Nice to Have
Experience in JIRA, Zendesk and Salesforce a plus!, Experienced in working in a web-based company, SaaS environment a plus!
What You'll Do.
Ensure ongoing success with company
Host recurring customer meetings
Act as internal champion for customers
Handle standard escalation management
Act as product adoption expert
Run product education sessions
Ensure customers follow best practices
Scope new Contentsquare projects
Perform project management
Provide Contentsquare product administration
Provide Contentsquare platform configuration
Triage critical issues
Create customer account plans
Distribute regular reports

Interface with marquee customers; Work with all Contentsquare teams; Work with Customer Support team
