What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Account Manager or a directly comparable role in enterprise software, Hands-on with a high-level programming language (such as Java, C#, or Python), Relevant enterprise software frameworks, Solid understanding of modern solution architectures and associated paradigms, DevOps topics (especially Kubernetes), Proven track record of building trusted relationships and providing advisory services to both technical and business stakeholders, Strategic problem solving competencies, Collaborative, impact-driven comfortable tailoring approaches to unique customer situations, Willingness and flexibility to spend time on-site with clients as account needs dictate (up to 50% during busy periods), Ability and/or willingness to use our product
Nice to Have
Experience in enterprise automation, business process management, process orchestration, or robotic process automation, Relevant industry certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, CKAD, CKA, etc.), Familiarity with Camunda products

Serve as primary technical contact for enterprise customers
Lead customers through Camunda adoption journey
Guide technical adoption plans
Deliver technical guidance and best practices
Identify and remove execution risks
Conduct platform and solution health checks
Facilitate escalation management
Advocate for customer needs internally
Spend time on-site with accounts for key interactions
