What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of account management experience, working with Logistics customers, experience driving strategic initiatives from concept to execution, willingness to learn the fundamental concepts of data fusion and machine learning, ability to establish positive relationships, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good judgment

Nice to Have

history of successfully expanding accounts year over year, understanding of SaaS financial metrics, open to feedback, thrive on cross-functional collaboration, bringing structure, clarity, and follow-through to fast-moving environments, effectively communicate our product's value to both technical and commercial audiences, balancing approachability with persistence, willingness to dive into the nitty-gritty

What You'll Do.

Manage strategic accounts

Drive onboarding and adoption process

Assist customers with in-depth analysis

Act as first point of contact

Own customer calls and QBRs

Balance strategic thinking with tactical execution

Collaborate with Account Executives

Synthesize and communicate feedback

Collaborate with implementation engineering team

Work closely with sales engineering team
