Must Have
high school diploma or equivalent, valid Driver’s License with a good driving record, PC skills, forklift certified or able to be certified within 60 days, own hand tools that are suitable to perform the work noted above
Nice to Have
At least 1 year of experience
What You'll Do.
performs helper duties for employees in the Service Department
perform unskilled or semiskilled duties in assigned areas
remain in the Trainee 2 classification for a minimum period of 1 year
attend all assigned training classes and obtain passing grades
and reassembles Caterpillar
allied product machines
and Ag& Turf and industrial products serviced by the Service Department
Measures and identifies parts and components for reusability or replacement
ordering new parts as required
Performs all requirements found in Caterpillar and other allied lubrication and maintenance and warranty guidelines
Attends training classes as directed and obtains passing grades
Completes Service Reports in a timely manner and in accordance with HPC standards
Travel as required within HPC established territory
Operates HPC service vehicles
Adheres strictly to HPC safety
Maintains a favorable business relationship with customers
and personnel from other HPC departments
