What You'll Do.
Respond to customer calls and tickets
Apply troubleshooting skills to diagnose problems
Provide clear solutions
Ensure timely resolution of technical questions
Research and document technical issues
Work with internal teams to resolve complex scenarios
Assist customers with configuring products
Assist customers with implementing products
Ensure optimal platform performance
Monitor technical support ticketing queue
Prioritize requests appropriately
Maintain clear documentation
Conduct technical walkthroughs
Answer customer questions
Work closely with Customer Success Managers
Work closely with Product teams
Escalate issues when needed
Share customer feedback
Gather information to resolve technical requests

Full Job Description

By securing humans and agents, KnowBe4 leads the industry in workforce trust and defense. This position is a hybrid role open to candidates in the greater Tampa Bay area. This position will require the intern to work in our Clearwater, FL office 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday).
