Must Have
Degree or diploma in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, 5-7 years of relevant experience across finance and office administration functions, Experience in asset management, Experience in AP/AR, Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

Managing the Group’s asset portfolio
Overseeing day-to-day financial operations including budgeting
accounts payable and receivable
Ensuring the smooth running of the office
Driving change management and transformation initiatives
Maintaining and updating Technology Group’s asset register
Planning and conducting asset verification exercises
Overseeing the end-to end process for asset registration
Managing and executing the invoice payment operations for TG
Managing and executing the invoicing and collection for TG
Reporting and analysis of financials for technology management
Accrual management and operations
Supporting the annual budgeting and forecasting process
Monitoring budget performance
and preparing management reports
Ensuring all finance operations comply with relevant regulations
and audit requirements
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office
Managing office supplies
Facilities and space management for TG
Supporting and driving organisational transformation initiatives
Assessing the impact of proposed changes
Developing change management plans
Identifying digital transformation and driving automation in TBM’s processes

Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic, versatile and well-rounded professional to take on a broad and impactful role spanning finance, office management, digital transformation and organisational change. You will be responsible for managing the Group’s asset portfolio, overseeing day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring the smooth running of the office. Beyond operational responsibilities, you will also play a key role in driving change management and transformation initiatives that support the organisation's strategic direction. This role suits someone who is analytical yet people-oriented, comfortable navigating both operational detail and big-picture thinking. You will need to balance the rigour of financial management with the interpersonal skills required to engage stakeholders, support teams through change, and maintain a well-functioning workplace. Key Responsibilities Asset Management You will maintain and update Technology Group’s asset register, ensuring all assets are accurately recorded, classified, and depreciated in line with accounting standards and internal policies. You will plan and conduct asset verification exercises where required, stock-take exercise and reconciliations, and oversee the end-to end process for asset registration, transfers, disposals, and write-offs.
