Must Have
Bachelor's degree, 2+ years passive candidate generation, Experience conducting candidate outreach, Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives and pipelines, Experience in progressive corporate or search firm recruiting, Ability to filter candidates during recruiter phone screen, Boolean and Advanced Search
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s or associate degree in Electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Facilities Management or related technical field, Prior experience sourcing for AWS, hyperscale cloud, or co-location Data Center environment, Experience in any 1 or 2 Tech hiring domain, Experience of hiring Full stack, Back-end and Front-end engineers, Data Analytics including Data Scientist (AI/ML) and Engineers, Understanding of any 2-3 Programming languages or key tech stacks like Python, Java, SQL, ETL, data pipelines, Hadoop, Spark, Big Data, or similar technical landscape

Partner with hiring teams to build effective strategies
Recruit active/passive candidates
Gauge candidates for fitment
Understand candidate motivation
Screen/interview candidates
Prepare ideal candidate slate
Build and maintain network of potential candidates
Conduct in-depth interviews
Communicate effectively with hiring manager
Share and exchange information with management
Recommend recruitment ideas and strategies
Implement new processes
Fine-tune standard processes
Provide a great candidate experience
Act as a candidate advocate
Articulate a plan with deliverable
Participate in special projects
Assess best practices in interviewing techniques
Identify top performers for senior-level openings
Proactively source passive candidates
Conduct candidate outreach
Engage candidates to build interest
Filter candidates during recruiter phone screen
