What They're Looking For.
Must Have
proven track record of leadership and success in a solutions consulting or related role (e. g. , technical consulting or customer success management) at a senior level, experience managing and mentoring teams, foundation in one or more core marketing technology platforms like: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Braze, etc., proven experience building relationships and managing different stakeholders, experience in direct new business development and business expansion

being a senior stakeholder who can deliver projects
stand up in front of clients
and handle difficult conversations
Contributing to the overall strategic direction of the Solution Consulting team
aligning technology solutions with business objectives
and identifying opportunities for innovation and growth
Building and maintaining relationships with key client stakeholders
acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader on marketing technology trends and best practices
networking with our strategi partners
Overseeing the design and implementation of complex marketing technology solutions
ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices
Actively participating in new business pursuits
including leading presentations
and contributing to RFIs and RFPs
Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key technology vendors (Adobe
staying abreast of new product developments and identifying opportunities for collaboration
Mentoring and developing junior members of the Solution Consulting team
fostering a culture of collaboration
and continuous learning
Presenting compelling cases and case studies at industry events
Serve as the go-to technical expert on client projects
working closely with internal teams (Technology
transforming ambitious client goals into actionable technology strategies
Collaborate with our growth team on pitches
and high-level scoping
