Simultaneously, Sika Pakistan also launched its manufacturing facility in Lahore during the first year of the start of operations in Pakistan to facilitate its customer needs. * Conduct road shows, product demonstrations, and on-site activations to promote tile fixing solutions. * Train applicators, contractors, and distributor staff on proper product usage and application techniques. * Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting at project locations. * Build and maintain relationships with applicators and distributors to enhance product adoption. * Ensure compliance with company standards and application guidelines. * Assist sales team in achieving targets through technical support and customer engagement. ## Qualifications * Diploma/B-Tech in Civil Engineering * 5-7 years of experience in the relevant field * Strong practical knowledge of tile fixing and construction practices * Hands-on approach with willingness to travel extensively * Ability to train and influence applicators and customers * Problem-solving and technica
