What You'll Do: Collaborate with impact: Partner deeply with HRBPs and business leaders to understand hiring needs and align on how each hire will move the needle for our product and company goals Be a talent market expert: Use data, industry insights, and business acumen to guide hiring managers toward the best talent decisions Source like a pro: Dive into niche markets to find and engage passive candidates for the toughest-to-fill roles Advocate effectively: Balance the needs of candidates and the business to drive thoughtful, win-win outcomes Raise the bar: Share insights and best practices to continually improve recruiting processes and elevate CLEAR’s talent brand How Success is Measured: Quality of hire, sourcing, and candidate experience metrics Time to fill and offer acceptance rate Strong partnerships across the business What You're Great At: 2+ years of technical recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with expertise in hiring for specialized engineering, product, and security roles Experience using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, TalentWall, Gem, and other modern recruiting tools Data-driven mindset: Metrics aren’t j
