8+ years of experience in technology domains, 5+ years of hands-on experience managing complex, cross-functional technology programs, Proven end-to-end delivery track record, Deep understanding of IT and/or R&D-centric organizations, Solid technical fluency in systems architecture, SDLC, data infrastructure, or IT/infrastructure environments, Command of program and project management frameworks

Reporting directly to the VP of TechOps & IT, this is a senior individual contributor role with significant organizational impact. The division spans five departments, TechOps(SRE, DBA & Data Infrastructure,IT Engineering) IT services(IT support, NOC, Finops) and Product &R&D (Developer Tools). This role is the connective tissue that keeps programs moving, processes sharp, and transformation on track.
