Minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience, at least 2 years in a technical leadership role, expertise in modern UI frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js), JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles, expertise in Java and related frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate), Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), Proven experience in designing and developing scalable, high-performance, and secure applications, Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Nice to Have
Experience with build tools (Webpack, Babel), testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library), Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps practices

This role will lead a team, focusing on either UI or Java development, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable products. Job Responsibilities:** * Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. * Architect, design, and develop complex software features and components using either UI technologies (e.g., React, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) or Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate). * Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines. * Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. * Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment and maintenance. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing expert guidance and solutions. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives in development processes, tools, and technologies. * Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, advocating for their adoption where appropriate.
