Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable, distributed fullstack applications with secure, maintainable, and high-performing architecture. Independently translate complex functional and non-functional requirements into robust technical solutions across backend and frontend layers. Lead and contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement. Build and maintain RESTful APIs and modern web user interfaces. Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability across services and UI components. Create and maintain clear, comprehensive, and usable technical documentation. Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and advocate for engineering best practices. Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. Actively participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making with cross-functional teams. Collaborate with product, design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality end-to-end solutions. Required Skills Familiarity with security best practices for externally facing applications; Experience with observability, monitoring, and performance optimization.
