What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a team, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar subject or comparable work experience, 8 years of application development experience, including demonstrated technical leadership on complex initiatives (e. g. , leading design, mentoring engineers, owning delivery outcomes), Proficiency in. NET Core/C#, Proficiency in SQL/Cosmos DB, Proficiency in React, Proficiency in TypeScript, Proficiency in GitHub Copilot, Comfort with asynchronous, event-driven architecture and the engineering tradeoffs they introduce, Broad expertise in software engineering best practices, methods, and techniques, with a pragmatic mindset to apply right-sized solutions, problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize solutions, Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technology and tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders, Adaptability and initiative – able to learn new technologies, drive improvements, and work independently while aligning the team, Experience working across the full software development lifecycle, including production support and operational readiness
