What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD or similar HR systems, with a focus on technical implementation and leadership, Experience with ServiceNow development tools, including Scripting, Integration, and Reporting, Experience with HR processes, including recruitment, talent management, and benefits administration, About 6-10 years of experience developing application using ServiceNow Platform Development & administration, Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), workflows, and UI development, Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, AngularJS) and REST/SOAP integrations, Experience with HR processes and best practices, In-depth Practical implementation experience developing large-scale HRSD, ITSM and Custom Applications, Experience with ServiceNow Mobile App, Experience with portal and complex custom widgets, Experience CMDB, CSDM and Master data setup, Hands-on ServiceNow integration experience, Work collaboratively in a team environment, An appreciation of supporting production systems and end-users, Passion to work in Enterprise Applications area, Understanding of software development processes
Nice to Have
Certification in ServiceNow HRSD or similar HR systems, ServiceNow certified Implementaion Specialist/Technical Architect, ITIL Foundation certified, Observe Agile development methods like SCRUM, Experience with Integration HUB

As a Tech Lead you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a cross-functional enterprise applications and its team Reporting to the Engineering Manager within the Product & Tech Team. You will work closely with the Head of Engineer to plan, execute, and evaluate team results.
