Define and maintain the technical vision for assigned projects and stack practice
Make architectural and technology stack decisions aligned with long-term strategy

Manage technical debt – identify

People Management of up to 12 people
Provide direct line management for developers: 1: 1s
Mentor developers through code reviews
and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Participate in recruitment and ensure effective onboarding for new hires
Support presales processes with technical expertise
including high-level designs

Decompose business requirements into technical deliverables and support accurate estimations
