Must Have
6+ years of backend software engineering experience using .NET / C# in a production environment, 2+ years of experience in a Tech Lead or Lead Engineer role, Experience building or supporting production applications in Azure, Experience designing and implementing APIs and distributed systems, Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and source control tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Git)
Nice to Have
Experience with CQRS or event-driven architecture patterns, Experience working with Cosmos DB, NoSQL databases, or SQL Server, Familiarity with containerization or infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Docker, Terraform, Bicep), Experience working in high-scale SaaS or distributed environments, Experience leading technical design reviews or mentoring engineers, Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) in development workflows
