## Accountabilities Lead, mentor, and support a team of data analysts and data professionals to deliver high-quality, actionable insights. Develop and execute data strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring analytics outputs support key organizational priorities. Identify trends, patterns, and insights from complex datasets to enable informed decision-making across business units. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and implement effective and scalable data solutions. Manage end-to-end analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to budgets. Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy standards, and organizational data policies. Present insights, reports, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Stay updated with emerging analytics tools, technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve capabilities. Requirements: 2–10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related data-driven roles. Proven experience in leading or mentoring analytics or technical teams. Strong hands-on knowledge of SQL for data extraction, querying, and database management. Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, or Excel. Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning and execution. Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk. Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex insights in a clear and structured manner. Strong leadership mindset with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-moving environment. Ability to work in evening shifts and adapt to distributed, remote working setups.
