What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a similar field, 10-14 years of professional experience in full stack development with a focus on. NET Core and C# language, Hands-on experience with Monitoring‑Driven Development (MDD) and Test‑Driven Development (TDD), Experience with containerization technologies (e. g. , Docker, Kubernetes), Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams, understanding of cloud computing concepts and hands-on experience with Microservices, Dotnet core and AWS services, Exposure in front-end development technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks like Angular/ Angular JS or React, Experience with DevSecOps and secure SDLC practices, including hands-on use of SonaType, JFROG, DAST, SonarCloud, and CodeQL for dependency scanning, vulnerability detection, and code quality enforcement, Proficiency with Git or other version control tools, Solid understanding of relational databases and experience with SQL, problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about complex issues, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams, Ability to manage and propose proper technology choices to determine what technology and methods can be combined for the optimal result in an ever-changing product landscape, Understanding applicable regulatory compliance requirements surrounding PHI, PII, and GxP
Nice to Have
Master's degree in a similar field, Understanding event-based real-time architectures and technologies such as Kafka, AWS SQS, or Lambda functions, Experience with project management tools like Jira, Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e. g. , GitHub Copilot) to enhance productivity, code quality, and developer efficiency, Understanding of legacy technologies (VB6/VB.
