Must Have
7+ years backend engineering, 2+ years Tech Lead role, Java or Kotlin experience, Spring Boot experience, distributed systems expertise, microservices experience, event-driven architectures experience, relational databases experience, caching experience, fraud detection systems experience, financial crime systems experience, risk systems experience, architectural leadership experience, domain-driven design knowledge, hexagonal architecture knowledge, clean service boundaries knowledge, real-time decision systems experience, cross-domain collaboration skills, excellent communication skills

About this role in the team: We're looking for a Tech Lead to own the technical direction, architecture, and engineering delivery of the Fraud subdomain within BVNK's FinCrime domain.
