The role requires a strong understanding of the E2E high-level architecture and the ability to translate HLD into LLD. It also involves leading incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortems, as well as participating in interviews and hiring decisions.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Requires a Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field, with 10+ years of professional software development experience and at least 5 years with the Microsoft Power Platform. Must possess deep, hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, including designing enterprise-scale solutions and understanding solution layering and ALM. Experience with Power Platform governance, DLP policies, environment strategies, and the Center of Excellence Starter Kit is essential, along with knowledge of Dataverse security and tenant-level administration.
Nice to Have
Experience with K2 Five/BlackPearl, Azure DevOps or GitHub for CI/CD pipelines, automated testing strategies, and source control best practices for low-code assets is preferred. Proficiency in Power Fx and JavaScript for model-driven apps, understanding data modeling best practices, and experience with web services/APIs are also beneficial. Familiarity with Agile development practices and excellent communication skills are required.
