The What You’re not looking for a role where leadership pulls you away from engineering. You want to stay close to the work — designing features, guiding technical decisions, and helping a team consistently deliver software they’re proud of. We’re looking for a Technical Lead who combines strong engineering craft with the ability to bring people along with them. This is a technical leadership role where you’ll guide engineering direction, support delivery, and help engineers grow, while partnering closely with an Engineering Manager who looks after formal people leadership. You’ll lead a team of 5 - 8 engineers responsible for building and delivering meaningful features. Your role is to create clarity, maintain engineering quality, and ensure the team has the technical direction it needs to move with confidence. The problems here sit where customer needs meet engineering execution — turning ideas into reliable, well-designed software that improves real user experiences. What This Role Really Is You’re the engineer who helps the team do their best work.
