The Technical Lead provides hands-on technical leadership within agile delivery teams to ensure solutions are designed, developed, and delivered in alignment with enterprise architecture standards, engineering best practices, and operational requirements. The role is responsible for guiding technical implementation activities, supporting engineering quality, and enabling delivery teams to deliver secure, scalable, maintainable, and resilient solutions. The Technical Lead acts as the primary technical authority within the Scrum team and works closely with architects, developers, DevOps engineers, Product Owners, and delivery stakeholders to ensure technical alignment across solution delivery activities. The role contributes to technical planning, risk management, architecture alignment, engineering governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to balance hands-on engineering delivery with mentoring, coordination, and technical decision-making responsibilities.
