Eligibility Requirements

Ability to work in industrial environments, access equipment in operating facilities, Continuous standing for prolonged periods, Continuous walking for prolonged periods, Lift, carry, push or pull weights of more than 20 pounds/9 kilos on a regular/daily basis, Work in noisy environment, Work requiring repeated bending, stooping, squatting or kneeling, Travel, 5 % of the Time

Must Have

High school diploma or equivalent technical or associate degree, Vibration Analysis Certification – Category II, Ability to obtain Vibration Analysis Certification – Category III in the first 12 months, Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance with demonstrated progression in rotating equipment reliability or predictive maintenance, Proficiency with vibration analysis and asset reliability software (Emerson AMS Machinery Manager or equivalent), analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into clear recommendations, Solid computer skills, including report writing, data trending, and documentation, Ability to work in industrial environments and access equipment in operating facilities, Valid state-issued driver’s license

Nice to Have

Vibration Analysis Certification – Category III, Prior experience as a senior mechanic, millwright, HVAC technician, electrician, or similar trade, Level Infrared Thermography certification, Ultrasound certification (airborne/structure-borne)

What You'll Do.

Perform mechanical vibration analysis

Collect and interpret condition monitoring data

Analyze vibration data to identify mechanical faults

Determine root cause of equipment degradation

Recommend corrective actions

Evaluate preventive maintenance strategies

and validate vibration monitoring hardware

Support oil sampling programs

Perform supplemental inspections

Generate technical reports

Communicate results to stakeholders

Provide technical guidance to maintenance personnel

Assist in training mechanics and technicians

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Complete required documentation

Work closely with Reliability and Maintenance teams; Communicate results to maintenance, engineering, and operations stakeholders; Participate in cross-functional meetings
