Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, 2–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical trades, or technical support roles, Basic mechanical understanding of rotating equipment and reliability, Willingness to work in industrial environments and access operating equipment, Ability to obtain Vibration analysis – Category 1 certification within the first 12 months, Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation, Valid state-issued driver’s license
Nice to Have
Vibration analysis – Category 1 certification, Technical, vocational, or associate degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial technology, Prior experience as a maintenance helper, mechanic trainee, operator, or similar role, Exposure to condition monitoring, vibration routes, or reliability programs, Willingness to pursue Vibration Analysis Category certification within a defined timeframe, attention to detail and data accuracy, Willingness to learn and accept coaching from senior technicians, Good communication skills and ability to work within cross-functional teams, Dependable, safety-focused, and organized, Mechanical curiosity and problem awareness (even if not diagnosing independently)
What You'll Do.

Follow safe work practices
Collect vibration data on rotating and mechanical equipment
Assist with basic condition monitoring technologies
Verify equipment identification
Perform basic visual and sensory inspections
Support senior PdM technicians with equipment setup
and hardware installation
Assist with maintaining PdM databases
and measurement point accuracy
Identify obvious abnormal conditions and communicate findings
Enter collected condition monitoring data into systems
Assist in preparing inspection notes
Maintain proper documentation
Participate in on-the-job training
Develop familiarity with common mechanical fault types
Support continuous improvement initiatives and reliability activities
Actively pursue required training and certifications
