What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Risk Management or related field, Minimum 9-15 years of relevant experience in IT governance, risk management, or compliance roles, understanding of IT governance and control frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, NIST, or similar, Proven experience managing audits, control reviews, remediation tracking, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement, Experience in regulated industries such as financial services or fintech, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, Experience working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment where autonomy and self-decision making is needed (to an extent) and able to juggle between different projects/tasks
Nice to Have
Exposure to building or maturing governance operating models, control reporting, or risk dashboards
