Create and maintain effective customer relationships to secure customer satisfaction. Provide the deepest level of product- and technology-specific expertise available to customers from anyone in the sales organization in deal pursuit situations. **Job specifics/responsibilities:** * Analyze very technical information and communicate it effectively to different kinds of audiences * Understand and have technical discussions with our requestors and customers * Acquire, maintain, grow, and demonstrate technical knowledge of HPE’s technology and solutions and deepen your expertise within an area of specialization * Understand customer business requirements from a technical viewpoint and use technical expertise to propose and configure solutions which help customers achieve their business goals * Participate in complex technical architecture, design, and sizing, by identifying site-specific p
