Must Have
Master’s degree or higher in Engineering, Communication, Education, or a related field, Proven teaching experience at the post-secondary level, understanding of team dynamics, collaborative problem-solving, and professional communication in engineering, Ability to mentor students in both individual and group settings, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, teaching in French
Nice to Have
Experience facilitating teamwork or communication workshops in an engineering or technical context, Familiarity with multidisciplinary or project-based learning environments, Experience supervising or coaching student teams on engineering projects
What You'll Do.
Develop and deliver interactive lectures and workshops on the principles of teamwork and effective communication in engineering
Teach students about team dynamics

Guide students in developing both verbal and written communication skills essential for technical professionals
such as presenting ideas
and facilitating group discussions
Facilitate group projects and collaborative problem-solving activities that address engineering challenges
Explore the broader impact of teamwork and communication on the engineering profession and society
Assess student performance through group assignments
and reflective exercises
Provide constructive feedback to support student growth in teamwork and communication
Hold office hours to assist students outside of class time
