What You'll Do.
Lead and develop Technical Integration/Seller Onboarding Team
Manage strategic development of technical seller onboarding
Steer performance using KPIs and reports
Conduct business reviews
Derive strategic initiatives for goal achievement
Manage seller experience (NPS) from overarching perspective
Prioritize measures with greatest business impact
Act as central interface between Operations
Make informed prioritization and resource decisions
Ensure sustainable processes in daily business
Identify structural weaknesses
Drive end-to-end optimizations across team boundaries

Über die Rolle: * Du führst und entwickelst das Technical Integration/Seller Onboarding Team und definierst klare Ziele, Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten * Du verantwortest die strategische Weiterentwicklung des technischen Seller-Onboardings mit klarem Fokus auf Skalierbarkeit, Automatisierung und Qualität * Du steuerst Performance anhand von KPIs, Reports und Business Reviews und leitest daraus strategische Initiativen zur Zielerreichung ab * Du verantwortest die Seller Experience (NPS) im Onboarding aus einer übergeordneter Perspektive und priorisierst Maßnahmen mit dem größten Business Impact * Du agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Operations, Product, Tech, Sales und Customer Success Management. * Du triffst fundierte Priorisierungs- und Ressourcenentscheidungen und stellst nachhaltige Prozesse im Tagesgeschäft sicher * Du identifizierst strukturelle Schwachstellen und treibst End-to-End-Optimierungen über Teamgrenzen hinweg voran ## Qualifications Über dich: * Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Wirtschaft, IT, E-Commerce oder einem verwandten Umfeld * Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer strategischen Führungsrolle im E-Commerce-, Tech- oder Plattform-Umfeld mit * Du hast nachweislich komplexe Prozesse, Teams oder Strukturen skaliert und strategisch weiterentwickelt * Du verfügst über ein sehr gutes Verständnis für technische Systeme, Integrationen und datengetriebene Steuerung * Du arbeitest souverän mit Product- und Tech-T
