Must Have
Completed vocational training with solid experience in B2B sales or Key Account Management, preferably with a focus on Telesales, Several years of solid leadership experience as a supervisor, team lead, or in a similar leadership position, Very strong communication skills and confident in conducting conversations, even in critical situations, Fluent German and English language skills
Nice to Have
Experience with Salesforce, Experience with MS Office
What You'll Do.
Responsibility for approx. 15 employees and supporting the team in achieving their goals
Developing employees and helping them take the next step
Ensuring consistently high quality in all sales processes
Defining KPIs and analyzing team performance
Motivating employees and conveying passion for sales
Creating and analyzing statistics and reports and deriving necessary measures
Conducting employee discussions and appraisals
Accompanying the creation of complex and individual offers
